Students got a sneak preview of the new SATs when they took the PSATs Wednesday morning.
The exam gave students their first look at the re-designed exam.
The SATs will be given in March, but Wednesday was a practice run of the new test.
The test has been re-worked to include more reading and writing and less "obscure" vocabulary words.
The math section includes more algebra.
