There are new efforts to reopen the financially troubled Nassau Coliseum.
Talks are taking place between the arena's operator, lender and Nassau County.
News 12 has been told that negotiations center on the operator turning over control of the lease to its lender.
That could lead to the Coliseum reopening under new management.
