New charges have been brought against an Inwood man already accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy and then trying to hire a hit man to kill him.
As News 12 has reported, Daniel Miller is facing years in prison for allegedly drugging and sexually abusing a 17-year-old boy who worked at the store Miller owned. Prosecutors say Miller then tried to hire a hit man from behind bars to prevent the teen from testifying against him.
Miller is now facing grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing more than $200,000 by passing bad checks.
He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the latest charges.
