There are new charges for a man accused of killing a woman and discarding her body in a suitcase.
Ronald Schroeder is being charged with causing the death of Seikeya Jones.
According to prosecutors, the 42-year-old gave Jones drugs and took video sexually abusing her while she was unconscious.
They say he fell asleep on top of her, and that is when she took her last breath.
He then allegedly discarded her corpse in a suitcase outside of his apartment and left the county.
"My sister’s death is not in vain, she was able to get a rapist off the street, for that I’m relieved," said Shasia Correnthi, the victim’s sister.
Schroeder pleaded not guilty to new charges of manslaughter and criminal sex act.
