Nearly 100 supermarkets and delis on Long Island were handed out health violations for insect-infested food, rodents and poor hand washing.  The "Javier Deli" in Huntington had the most violations

Nearly 100 supermarkets and delis on Long Island were handed out health violations for insect-infested food, rodents and poor hand washing. 
The "Javier Deli" in Huntington had the most violations at 21.
Those violations included inadequate employee hand washing facilities, according to Newsday.
The second most violations were given to "Best Yet Market" on Jerusalem Avenue in Hicksville.
Number three was the Foodtown on South Broadway in Hicksville.
