Spelling Bee is making a comeback.
The Scripps
National Spelling Bee was canceled in 2020 because of the pandemic, but is set
to return this year.
The preliminary,
quarterfinal and semifinal rounds will be held virtually.
Then the Finals
will take place on July 8 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Up to 12 finalists
will participate in the in-person finals in an effort to avoid spreading
COVID-19.
