Nassau, Suffolk home prices soar to new highs for 2025

Home prices on Long Island climbed even higher in February, according to a new report from One Key MLS.

In Nassau County, median single-family homes sold for $795,000. That number is 5.7% higher than February of last year.

In Suffolk County, the median sale price matched a record high of $680,000. The number is 13.3% higher than the same month last year.

The number of homes for sale on Long Island dropped over 6% at the end of the month, compared to this time last year.
