Officials say six months after Nassau County started targeting men who patronize prostitutes, some of the cases are falling apart.

Nassau police dubbed their crackdown "Operation Flush the Johns" in June.

Officials say more than 100 men were arrested after allegedly replying to ads for sex.

According to Newsday, one man has been acquitted and another case has been tossed out.

The judge ruled much of the evidence against another man was "in-admissible."

The DA says they have had six convictions.
