Nassau County Executive Laura Curran says there are now over 700 cases of COVID-19 in the county - including four deaths.

The latest death, a 44-year-old man with underlying health conditions, was reported Friday.

Curran said a total of 32 people are hospitalized and seven are in critical condition.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that personal care businesses will be closed at 8 p.m. Saturday.

Curran also said as more businesses and community centers close - the county will continue to serve its veterans.

VetsMart is being operated out of East Meadow and supplies veterans with food. Staff and volunteers will now be coming out to cars to give the food to families.

The county will also continue driving veterans to critical medical appointments.
