Nassau County Executive Laura Curran gave an update Wednesday on the recent confirmed cases of coronavirus in the county.
Curran said there are six new cases since Tuesday. Bringing the total to 25 cases in the county. There are a total of 20 cases in the Town of Hempstead, three in the Town of Oyster Bay, and two in the Town of North Hempstead. Curran says 153 residents are in mandatory quarantine and 79 people are currently in precautionary quarantine.
