Officers say they responded to a fire on Northern Boulevard before 6 p.m.
Roslyn's fire department and 36 other Nassau County fire departments worked together to extinguish the fire from the three-story building.
Authorities say three firefighters suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
