Multiple fire departments are on the scene of a massive house fire that is affecting three homes in Bellmore.

The fire broke out on Chapman Avenue around 4:30 a.m.

The fire has reached a third alarm.

News 12 has also confirmed a second and third home is now on fire as a result of the first.

Sources say a person was trapped inside one of the homes. There is no word on their condition.
