An Elmont man is expected to be sentenced today for the joyride he took in an MTA bucket truck that pulled down a mile of power lines.
MTA electrician Joel Grasman was arrested last summer for the incident.
Grasman could receive three years in prison after pleading guilty to stealing the bucket truck and then driving it through his Elmont neighborhood.
Grasman's attorney says he's bi-polar and his medication was changed right before he caused more than $2 million in damage.
