A rally was held Saturday morning by MTA union leaders in Massapequa.

The leaders told News 12 they are fighting for "livable wages". The unions are asking for a 14.5% raise over four years. The MTA has offered 12.5% over the same period with extra pay for give backs on work rules.

News 12 has reached out to the MTA for a statement on today's rally and is waiting to hear back.

Both sides are scheduled to meet again on Monday.
