The MTA says two of the busiest Long Island Rail Road stations will be getting heated waiting rooms, WiFi and new platforms.
The MTA announced the Jamaica stations and Hicksville are getting the multi-million dollar renovations.
Jamaica will get glass enclosed waiting areas, charging stations and track improvements.
Hicksville will also get upgraded elevators and escalators.
Work is set to be completed by the end of 2019.
The state's $27 billion MTA capital program will foot the bill.
