Police are investigating an accident after a motorcyclist was badly injured near the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale.
According to police, the biker was on Hempstead Turnpike and Gilroy Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday when the crash occurred.
The biker was rushed to the hospital, but his condition is not clear.
Police have not said whether any driver might have been involved.
