A deadly motorcycle crash took place in South Hempstead Thursday around 9 p.m. on Village and Grand avenues. 

Police say the driver of the motorcycle crashed into an Acura. The unidentified 28-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was not hurt.

So far, there has been no word on what caused the crash.
