Mother, daughter hurt in West Islip crash
A mother and her young daughter were injured in a crash Friday in West Islip. Investigators say the two were on Sunrise Highway when their car slammed into a median near the Robert Moses Causeway.

A mother and her young daughter were injured in a crash Friday in West Islip.
Investigators say the two were on Sunrise Highway when their car slammed into a median near the Robert Moses Causeway.
The woman and her 6-year-old daughter were treated at the hospital. Both are expected to be OK.
The cause of the crash is unclear.
