Molloy College is using high-tech devices to help keep students healthy this fall semester.
Temperature kiosks have been installed at the entrances of the Rockville Centre campus. The machines scan students' foreheads, and if someone fails the check, it will display instructions on what to do next.
School officials say every person must have their temperature taken daily.
"That's just another measure that we put in place to again help reduce the spread and hopefully keep people safe and healthy while they're on campus," says Janine Biscari, of Molloy Student Affairs.
Molloy will welcome students back to campus Sept. 8.
