A Levittown man is facing charges today for allegedly threatening to blow up a building with a C-4 explosive.

Police say 62-year-old Michael Barber threatened a finance manager yesterday at the Nassau Department of Human Services. During a phone call, Barber allegedly told the woman that if more money wasn't released from his Social Security check, he was going to blow up the building.

Police say Barber called back two hours later and reiterated his threat.

Officials tracked Barber to his house where he was arrested.
