A second-prize Mega Millions ticket worth $1,002,000 was sold on Long Island.
New York Lottery officials say the ticket for the Aug. 31 drawing was sold at the 7-Eleven store in Sag Harbor.
The winning numbers in the drawing were 07-18-29-32-45, but the second-place ticket didn't match the Mega Ball, which was 17.
