? A Medford man is facing a third-degree arson charge for allegedly setting his Oregon Avenue house on fire after a domestic dispute Thursday night.
Prosecutors say Neil Storan, 37, and his wife got into an argument and that she left the home with their two children. They say Storan then set the home on fire. Both he and his dog were injured.
Storan is held on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. An order of protection was issued against Storan for his wife and children.
