A Manorville teen is warning Long Islanders not to drive drunk this holiday weekend after he was hit by a suspected drunken driver on Thursday.
Joe Garrimone, 14, is spending the weekend in the hospital, but says he?s very lucky his injuries weren?t worse. He says he was riding his bike with his friend on Clancy Road when he was hit by a Dodge Durango. Garrimone says all he remembers is waking up in the hospital.
Manorville resident David Andresen, 49, pleaded not guilty to DWI Friday. He was released on bail and is due back in court July 8.
