Man wanted in bank robbery spree through Manhattan & the Bronx

A citywide hunt is underway for a robber who hit at least five banks in one day, including a bank in the Bronx.  According to police, the suspect started his spree at around 1:30 p.m. Monday in Washington

A citywide hunt is underway for a robber who hit at least five banks in one day, including a bank in the Bronx. 
According to police, the suspect started his spree at around 1:30 p.m. Monday in Washington Heights where he handed a Bank of America teller a note demanding money, but ran away empty handed. 
He made his final stop at a Chase bank on East Fordham Road where he got away with about $400. 
Investigators released a surveillance image of the suspect, who is described as a black man, about 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 200 pounds. He had a thin beard, and was wearing a Cincinnati Reds baseball cap and a gold chain.
