A man pleaded guilty Thursday to charges stemming from a police chase that left one man dead.
Guilty pleas were entered to all of the charges Richard Mair was facing, including second-degree manslaughter.
Police say Mair was under the influence of drugs when he crashed his car into William Calhoun's home during a police chase last December. Calhoun, a 59-year-old father and grandfather, was watching television in his Farmingdale home when he was struck and killed in the accident.
Sentencing for Mair will be November 30. He faces no less than seven years and no more than 14 years for his charges.
