A Sagaponack man linked to arson fires on the East End will appear in court today.
Davis Osiecki is facing felony charges in connection with a house fire on Dune Road in Watermill.
Officials say seven different departments responded to that fire on Saturday night.
Investigators say they've also linked the 54-year old to a brush fire in Bridgehampton.
