A guilty verdict was reached today in the trial of a Queens man accused of driving drunk and killing a pedestrian in Elmont.
Brian Dudley was found guilty of the top count of second-degree manslaughter.
Prosecutors say his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit when he hit and killed 61-year-old Walter MacDougal on Elmont Road back in 2013.
According to prosecutors, Dudley was speeding and driving with a suspended license.
