A South Hempstead man is accused of drunken driving and crashing into another car in Rockville Centre.
Police say the crash happened Friday night on Merrick and Oceanside roads.
Police say Dustin Brandon was speeding in a convertible when he collided with a Mazda.
News 12 Long Island is told one of the Mazda's tires flew off and struck the windshield of a park tractor-trailer.
Officials say the convertible overturned and landed against a utility pole.
Brandon and his passenger were not seriously hurt. However, the driver of the Mazda suffered internal injuries.
Brandon now faces DWI charges.
