A Bronx man is facing child endangerment charges after a crash outside Splish Splash.

Joshua Burns was arrested Wednesday for the August 7 crash.

As News 12 reported, Burns was turning into Splish Splash water park in Calverton when he turned in front of another car and crashed.

An 11-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy were ejected from his Jeep and hit by one of the vehicle's tires.

A total of 9 people were injured, but everyone survived.

Police say several children in the Jeep were not wearing seatbelts.
