Police say a 70-year-old man is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Lake Grove. According to police, Harold Edelman, of Medford, was walking across Nesconset Highway near Hallock Road

Police say a 70-year-old man is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Lake Grove.
According to police, Harold Edelman, of Medford, was walking across Nesconset Highway near Hallock Road when he was hit around 11:15 p.m. last night.
The driver stopped and is not facing charges.
Edelman is being treated at Stony Brook University Hospital.
