A hammer attack at a Seaford home left a 64-year-old man injured.

According to police, the victim and 61-year-old Mark Moran were in a dispute inside a house on Spruce Street just after 2:30 a.m. Moran struck the victim multiple times with a hammer.

Detectives say that the victim suffered deep wounds to his head, neck and shoulders.

Moran has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
