A man is being charged in connection with an illegal speed contest in Suffolk County.
Kelvin Torresurquilla, 20, of Rocky Point, was seen by the Suffolk County Police Street Takeover Task Force driving recklessly.
Police tell News 12 Torresurquilla was observed doing donuts and burnouts in a Centereach parking lot.
The incident happened on Middle Country Road on Nov. 29.
The man was just arrested Tuesday, Dec. 16, according to police.
He will face a charge of Unlawful Speed Contest when he is arraigned at a later date.
