Police have arrested a Bay Shore man for allegedly organizing a massive drag race in Melville. 
Police say they found about 70 cars gathered on Melville Park Road for a drag race around 11 p.m. last night. 
Spectators took off when police arrived, but officers arrested one suspected drag racer near Huntington Quadrangle. 
Fernando Romero-Alvarado, of Bay Shore, was arrested.
