Police arrested a man Monday night who they say shot bullets into homes and cars in Deer Park.
Investigators accuse Cameron Cincotta of firing a .45 caliber handgun at three homes on Fairview and Oakland avenues on March 19.
He also allegedly shot at three parked cars on West 20th and West 16th streets and Fairview Avenue.
Police say they used surveillance video from residents' homes to identify the car, and then Cincotta confessed.
Police say they believe the shootings were random. No one was injured.
