A man is accused of taking pictures up a woman's dress at the Smithaven Mall.
According to police, Scott Coleman, 24, of Ronkonkoma, walked up behind the 23-year-old woman and took pictures underneath her dress Tuesday night at Macy's.
Police say the woman became suspicious of Coleman and notified store security. Store security officers notified police who then confirmed Coleman took the pictures.
Coleman was charged with unlawful surveillance in the second degree.
