Release is on hold for the man cleared of killing Run-DMC’s Jam Master Jay

Police say a man is facing multiple charges for stealing a car in Riverhead.

Officers were called to Peconic Bay Motors on Old Country Road on Monday.

Police say Taiquell, Woodson, 33, walked in, took the keys to a 2015 BMW and got in the car.

When an employee tried to stop him, police say he threatened the worker and sped off.

Officers later found Woodson with the car at a home in Bay Shore.
