A Queens man has been arrested for stealing a $22,000 watch, Nassau police say.
Adam Cornel, 47 of Woodhaven, allegedly took the watch from a table and put it in his bag.
The incident happened at Collectors Coins and Jewelry on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa Park, around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Cornel was arrested at the scene and was also found to have a fake ID on him, according to police.
