The man accused of killing a Massapequa Park dad during a shooting rampage in Queens was arraigned on murder charges Tuesday. Police say Matthew Colletta, 34, fired shots in nine different locations within a five-hour time span. They say he injured five people and killed 51-year-old Todd Upton of Massapequa Park. Colletta was arraigned in the prison wing at Bellevue Hospital where he is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. He will remain there until court ordered psychological tests are completed. Colletta's arraignment comes as the Upton family said goodbye to a man it says was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
