Man accused of assaulting officer faces judge
An Oceanside man accused of assaulting a police officer faced a judge on Sunday. Police say Charles Rodriguez was arrested in Long Beach on Friday after he allegedly tried to take an officer's gun.

An Oceanside man accused of assaulting a police officer faced a judge on Sunday.
Police say Charles Rodriguez was arrested in Long Beach on Friday after he allegedly tried to take an officer's gun.
The 33-year-old allegedly had a knife in his pocket, as well as marijuana, heroin and cocaine in his car.
Three other people who were with Rodriguez at the time of the incident were also arraigned.
