Police arrested two suspects in a drive-by shooting that happened in Hempstead last month.
They say 21-year-old Malik Galloway and 15-year-old Billy McLen are charged with attempted murder.
Police say the Hempstead residents shot a man in the chest on Stewart Avenue.
The shooting victim survived, and no one else was injured in the attack.
