The male victim in the case of human remains found in Babylon has been officially identified by Suffolk County police.
The man was identified as 53-year-old Malcolm C. Brown. They say his last known address was Yonkers in Westchester County.
Family members of Brown had previously identified him.
Jeffrey Mackey, Alexis Nieves, Amanda Wallace and Steven Brown are accused of scattering the remains of Donna Conneely and Brown.
Wallace was recently arrested after police say she stole makeup from a CVS in Lindenhurst. The others are out without bail and on GPS monitoring.
