A sold-out memorial service was held Monday for basketball star Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, who were among nine people killed last month in a helicopter crash in Los Angeles.
Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal and Jimmy Kimmel were among the speakers.
Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera performed at the memorial.
Symbolic meanings ran throughout the ceremony, which was held on a 24-foot-by-24-foot stage. Vanessa Bryant chose Feb. 24 as the date in honor of the uniform numbers of Kobe and Gianna, who wore No. 2 on her youth basketball teams.
