One of those nods went to Long Island native – Tom Pecinka.
“Our show is really cool, we play rock stars from the '70s,” said Pecinka.
He dished on his Long Island roots and the excitement over his Broadway debut in an interview with News 12.
The Tony Awards are Sunday, June 16.
