Long Island Restaurant Week: Monroes, Osteria Morini, Small Batch
You can support Long Island restaurants while getting a great dining deal this week. It's the Fall Long Island Restaurant Week!
At Monroes in Westbury you can start with Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, then have ribs served with hand cut fries.
If you're looking for Italian, head to Osteria Morini in Garden City. Start with prosciutto and mortadella meatballs, then maybe branzino, or the grilled mediterranean sea bass, cauliflower, brussels sprouts.
Also in Garden City, try Small Batch. Start with cauliflower soup, then move on to braised chicken thighs with cured olives and roasted tomatoes.
