Long
Island real estate is at a good place for both buyers and sellers, that’s according to Anthony
Perrotta with Signature Premier.
Perrotta says right now it looks to be a seller’s market.
Perrotta has some tips for those looking to buy or sell in
the new year.
“For sellers a really
important tip is to price your home correctly,” says Perrotta. “For buyers I would say yea,
this is still a good market, the rates are still low.”
Perrotta adds that mortgage rates are expected to increase slightly.
Perrotta
also says the industry is facing low inventory heading to 2022 due to new
residents still racing to get out of the city since the pandemic began.
