The holiday season is in full swing all across Long Island!
Out in Montauk, they're doing more than just decking the halls - they've decked out an entire lighthouse.
Long Island families gathered on the East End to celebrate the lighting of the Montauk Lighthouse.
There was plenty of hot cocoa, candy canes and singing.
And since reindeer are resting up for the big night, Santa traded in his sleigh for a golf cart to see the lighthouse all aglow.
The lighthouse lights will remain on every night until Jan. 1.
