This weekend, the
Long Island Fair is making a comeback this year after the pandemic cancelled last year's event.
It's a classic Long Island event that started back in the mid-1800s.
The three-day long fair celebrates the Island's rich agricultural history at Old Bethpage Village Restoration.
Organizers say there is something for everyone.
"We're really excited to bring back some of our old stalwarts like Circus Dubois, they've been with us for five years now," says fair manager Gary Haglich.
The event also features rescued and shelter dogs with no shortage of tricks and stunts.
Inside exhibition hall, revelers can find Potter Gina Mars spinning her magic on the potter's wheel.
"We are going to have demonstrations on the potter's wheel, and we are going to demonstrate the old art of creating vessels and jars," Mars says.
The fair also features animals, crafts, magic, food and music and takes place Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
