State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says Domino's Pizza franchises cheated Long Island workers out of their pay.
According to Schneiderman, some Domino's franchises paid delivery people as little as $5.00 an hour. In addition, some workers weren't fully reimbursed for using their own cars and bikes.
Schneiderman announced $448,000 in settlements with 23 Domino's locations.
The chains include five restaurants in Nassau, six in Suffolk, along with restaurants in the city and upstate New York.
Workers will receive between $200 and $2,000.
