A Long Beach man is accused of injuring a police officer and causing thousands of dollars in damage to his ex-girlfriend's home. 
Police say Cesar Aponte-Villazan broke into the woman's house on Mohawk Avenue in East Atlantic Beach Friday night and damaged property.
The suspect allegedly resisted arrest, causing an officer to dislocate his elbow.
Investigators tell News 12 they also found cocaine in Aponte-Villazan's pocket.
