A Long Beach man accused of running a meth lab at the City by the Sea had a bedside arraignment Thursday.
Jovin Weinstock was arraigned in his hospital room in South Nassau Communities Hospital.
Police found the licensed clinical lab tech unconscious outside his home on West Beech Street last Friday. It was feet from a detached garage, which police say was a meth lab.

He's now being held without bail and is due in court May 24.
